Deployment Phases
A standard enterprise deployment runs across four phases over 6–12 weeks depending on scope. This checklist covers each phase with specific deliverables and success criteria.
Phase 1: Pre-Deployment (Weeks 1–2)
Technical Readiness
- Confirm network connectivity to
api.augixsys.comandapp.augixsys.com(HTTPS/443 outbound) - Identify SSO provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, ADFS)
- Export existing control library from current system (CSV or Excel)
- Document current evidence storage locations (SharePoint, shared drives, email)
- Confirm data residency requirements (India, EU, US)
Organizational Readiness
- Identify executive sponsor
- Appoint AUDITDEX Platform Administrator (1–2 people)
- Identify pilot team (5–10 users for initial rollout)
- Schedule change management communications
Phase 2: Core Configuration (Weeks 3–4)
SSO Setup
- Log in to AUDITDEX as super-admin
- Navigate to Settings → Identity → SSO
- Select your provider and follow the provider-specific guide (linked in the UI)
- Test SSO login with a pilot user before proceeding
- Enable “SSO Required” to prevent password-based login after go-live
User Provisioning
AUDITDEX supports SCIM 2.0 for automated user provisioning from your identity provider. Configure SCIM before bulk user import to ensure ongoing synchronization.
User roles:

Control Library Import
Import your existing control library using the provided CSV template (download from Settings → Controls → Import Template). Required columns: control_id, title, description, framework, owner_email.
Phase 3: Pilot Rollout (Weeks 5–8)
Pilot Engagement
Configure one live engagement using the pilot team. Success criteria:
- All team members can log in via SSO
- Evidence collected through DRL for at least 10 controls
- At least one finding raised and reviewed
- Draft report generated from platform
Feedback Loop
Hold a structured retrospective with the pilot team at the end of Week 7. Capture:
- What worked well
- What was confusing
- What was missing
Adjust configuration before broad rollout.
Phase 4: Full Rollout (Weeks 9–12)

Training
AugIx provides live onboarding training for all user roles. Schedule sessions through your Customer Success Manager. Training materials (videos, quick-reference cards) are available in the Help Centre.
Go-Live Checklist
- All users provisioned via SCIM
- SSO Required enabled
- Old evidence storage migrated or access removed
- Monitoring integrations configured and tested
- First production engagement created
Post-Deployment
Review the following 30 days after go-live:
- Login success rate (target: >99%)
- Evidence submission rate through portal vs. email (target: >90% through portal)
- Control testing cycle time vs. baseline
- Outstanding CAPA count vs. baseline
Your Customer Success Manager will conduct a formal 30-day review and provide a deployment health report.
